Native speaker of Russian with PhD in Russian linguistics

I teach both Russian and Ukrainian in Glasgow and have experience in teaching all levels from beginner to advanced. 

In my teaching I use Communicative and Grammar-Translating Methods and Lexical and Task based Approaches. I help students to identify their needs and learning styles to encourage a student centered syllabus.

Senior Lecturer at Odessa National Polytechnic University, Humanities Sciences Faculty.  Lectured and taught Speech Culture and Rhetoric, Ukrainian language for professional purposes, Information Resources, and Information Management. Part-time teacher at Ukrainian and Russian as a second languages Department.  Taught Russian for foreign students (beginners, pre-intermediate, intermediate)
